Defects and workmanship
Manufacturing faults and build problems are on us. If something isn't right because we got it wrong, we sort it. Not you.
Frame, shell and struts
The structural components, the shell, the frame, and the Stabilus gas struts, are all covered. The parts that do the heavy lifting, literally.

The struts are what lift your tent and hold it up, so we didn't cheap out. Lofti uses German-made Stabilus gas struts rated for 45,000 cycles. A lot of competitors run struts rated nearer 15,000.
Open and close your tent every single weekend and you're still looking at decades before you'd get near the limit. We'd rather over-build it once than hear from you about it later.
