Everything you need to know about Lofti tent delivery, returns, exchanges and cancellations

Delivery Costs

Lofti tent delivery is FREE to UK mainland addresses only.
(Please contact our team if you would like delivery costs to other areas)

Delivery Methods

Lofti rooftop tents
A Lofti rooftop tent is a large, heavy item, so we use a specialist two-person delivery service. You will be able to choose a delivery day that works for you, and you will receive text and email updates on the status of your delivery.

Accessories
Accessories are dispatched using a standard courier or postal service, and may arrive separately from your rooftop tent.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary by location and stock availability. As a guide, delivery to the UK mainland is typically within a few working days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, so please avoid making time-sensitive plans until your order arrives.

Important delivery information

Please check your order before accepting delivery Before you accept delivery, please check the packaging and the product for any visible damage.
  • If the packaging is damaged, take photos before opening.
  • If there is visible damage to the product, take photos and refuse the delivery.
  • Please contact us straight away so we can put it right as quickly as possible.

Cancellations and returns

If you change your mind, you can return eligible items for a refund. We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery as a goodwill guarantee for UK customers (this is in addition to your statutory rights).

If you have already booked a delivery date

If your delivery date is already booked with the courier, you can help speed things up by contacting the courier to cancel or rearrange the delivery.

Returning a rooftop tent

If you are returning a Lofti rooftop tent, we can arrange a collection. A collection cost may be deducted from your refund (depending on your location and the courier charges).

Returning accessories or smaller items

For other returns, you will usually need to arrange return shipping back to us at your own cost.

Refund timing

If you tell us you have changed your mind about a product that has not been delivered, or one we are collecting, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. If you are sending your product back to us, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving it, or receiving evidence you have sent it. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible. Please contact us with:
  • Your order number
  • What you would like to exchange
  • The item you would like instead

To be eligible, items must be:
  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • In original packaging and condition

Collections

Because rooftop tents are large, delivery is usually the easiest option. However, collection may be possible by arrangement. Please contact us, and we will confirm what is available.
